Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

  • The Westin Hotel is looking for artwork to decorate the interior.
  • I am in charge of interiors for the hotel and am hoping to have some of your student’s participant in some of the public space art. We are looking for very basic blocks of color, or very minimalist painted canvases for the lobby, hallways, meeting space, and restaurant areas. We are mainly looking for painted canvases but are open to student ideas.
  • Westin requires that we have a “coordinated look” to our art so I would like to talk with all students who would be willing to paint for us. Each student would be paid by the piece and we need around 20-30 oversized pieces.
