Hayward/Soros Fellowship For the Fine Arts

- The Austrian American Foundation For the Fine Arts is pleased to announce their fellowship that gives both matriculating graduate students and recent M.F.A. graduates (as well as undergraduates) the opportunity to attend the International Summer Academy of Fine Arts program in Salzburg, Austria http://www.summeracademy.at/en/ The Summer Academy, founded by Oscar Kokoschka offers courses in virtually all disciplines and each year boasts 500 students from 40 different countries. Students receive expert instruction in artistic techniques ranging from the traditional to the most avant-garde. Courses include painting, drawing, illustration, etching, architecture, design, sculpture, jewellery design, photography, video art, and mixed media.
