Join in a lively discussion facilitated by Karen Rudd, Manager of the City of Norfolk’s Bureau of Cultural Affairs. A public art administrator for more than 15 years, Karen will share some dos and don’ts about public art. Learn how art interacts in the community, examine artists’ proposals, and discuss what makes a successful commission.
