Manifest creative research gallery and drawing center, Cincinnati, Ohio, hosts it 4th annual Rites of Passage student exhibition, a survey of emerging student artists who will graduate or who have graduated with a fine arts or design degree in  ‘07, ‘08, or ‘09.  Manifest seeks to energize student and recent graduates of art and design programs towwards higher goals, professionalism, and publid-mindedness.  Therefore, for a fourth year in a row, they offer this challenge to students and their professors in reginal and national college programs to show them what they’ve got, bring it off campus, and share it with the everyday viewing public.  Manifest believes there exists tremendous unexposed quality amongst people pursuing degrees in art and design.  Revealing young genius is part of Manifest’s mission.

The submission deadline is Friday, March 7, 2008 with a $30 entry fee for an unlimited number of submissions.

The winning recipient of Best In Show will receive a $300 cash prize as well as 5 free copies of the color exhibit catalog.
