Develop Virtual Tours for the Richmond House of Delegates
April 23rd, 2008- Flash developer
- Duties for this position will include;
Working with a graphic designer / website developer to create an interface for a virtual tours area of the State Capitol.
Ability to manipulate video for on-demand use within the proposed Flash interface.
Competency with loading external .swf files into a Flash interface/movie.
Familiarity with HD video codecs related to Flash a plus. Creative, self-starter able to interpret direction and implement with personal programming knowledge.
Work in committee fashion and be able to use constructive criticism in the creative process.
Creating multi-functional, open-ended, solutions to min-site/application environments for later innovation and improvement by other users. - Candidate must have experience with ActionScript 3.0 and Adobe FlashCS3 Professional, and the Adobe CS3 Creative Suite. Competency in Adobe CS3 Production Premium a PLUS.
